使用说明

1、所用稀释剂不得含有水分、酸、碱、胺类等化合物，否则将影响漆膜的附着力、干性及其他性能。

2、本产品含有二甲苯等易燃易爆的溶剂，在加工过程中应注意加强现场通风，注意防火、防静电，严格杜绝火源。操作人员应注意劳动保护。

3、可用酮类、酯类、甲苯、二甲苯等稀释。

包装及贮运

本产品用200kg铁桶包装，贮存于阴凉干燥处，防止阳光直射，避免与酸、碱接触，按危险品贮运。贮存期3个月，超期检验合格仍可使用。

Ⅰ Properties & Uses

This resin is formed by polymerizing methyl, phenyl monomers and special silane monomers through a special process. It possesses characteristics such as high temperature resistance and excellent self-drying performance. When combined with different pigments and functional materials, it can be used to produce various heat-resistant paints, which can be applied to exhaust pipes, electrostatic precipitators, stoves, etc. This resin can be mixed with various organic resins such as alkyd, acrylic, polyester, epoxy, etc., to formulate various temperature-resistant coatings for different purposes, thereby improving the performance of the resin.

Ⅲ Instructions

1. The diluent used in this product must not contain water, acids, alkalis, amines or other compounds. Otherwise, it will affect the adhesion, drying time and other properties of the paint film.

2. This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as xylene. During the processing, it is necessary to enhance the ventilation at the site, pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static measures, and strictly cut off the ignition source. Operators should pay attention to personal protection.

3. This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.

Ⅳ Packaging,Storage&Delivery

This product is packed in 200 kg iron drums. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight and kept away from acids and alkalis. It should be transported and stored as a dangerous good. The storage period of this product is 6 months. If the product passes the inspection after expiration, it can be used.
