SH-811 UV有机硅离型剂
一、性能及用途
本产品属自由基型UV固化有机硅离型剂。无溶剂,重离型力,高锚固,抗迁移。可调控离型力,可作为锚固剂、流平剂使用。在纸张或者薄膜基材上附着力优良,在一些应用上的耐刮擦性良好,也可作为光固化助剂改善光油等的性能。主要应用于生产自粘性产品的离型涂层,用于标签、胶带和模切,高粘亚克力、泡棉胶带,卫生用品等。

三、使用参考
1.产品可通过电子束或紫外光辐射固化,UV固化需要添加合适的光引发剂,建议光引发剂用量2%~5%。
2.添加光引发剂后有机硅混合物在不超过30℃的温度下避光储存。再次使用前请搅拌并测试。
3.UV固化需要氮气保护,使固化腔体内的残氧量<300 ppm。
四、包装及贮运
1.常规包装20kg/桶,200kg/桶;可根据用户需求协商指定包装。
2.请储存于避光、阴凉、干燥、通风处,牢固密封保存。自生产日期起,本产品在30℃以下的保质期为6个月。
SH-UV811 Silicone Release Coating
Ⅰ. Product Description
SH-UV811 is a free-radical, and UV-curing Silicone Release Coating. It is solvent-free and characterized by heavy release force, excellent anchoring and migration resistance. It can be used to adjust release force, or as an anchoring agent, a leveling agent. It provides outstanding adhesion to paper or film substrates and good scratch resistance in some applications. It can also be used as a UV-curing additive to improve the performance of overprint varnish and similar products. This product is primarily applied in release coatings on self-adhesive products, labels, adhesive tapes and die-cutting, high-tack acrylic and foam tapes as well as hygiene products.

Ⅲ. How to Use
1. The product can be cured by electron beam or ultraviolet radiation which requires the addition of a suitable photoinitiator with a recommended dosage of 2% to 5%.
2. The organic silicon mixture, with photoinitiator added in, should be stored below 30℃ at a place protected from light. Please stir properly first and test before reuse.
3. UV curing requires nitrogen to keep residual oxygen level in the curing chamber below 300ppm.
Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage
- It is sealed in drums of sizes as in 20kg, 200kg, or customized as per customer request.
- Please store it in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place away from sunlight in unopened packaging. The shelf life is 6 months below 30℃.
