四、如何使用

本消泡剂不能加水稀释，可以直接往起泡体系中添加。如果用水稀释可能会出现分层，使消抑泡效果下降。

由于本品具有较强的抑泡性能，因此，可以作为抑泡组分加入到产品中去。推荐加入量为总配方量的0.1~0.5%，也可分阶段加入，研磨阶段添加质量的60%，调漆阶段（加乳液之前）添加剩余的40%。适宜用量由用户通过现场试验决定。

五、包装与储存

本品采用25L塑桶或200L塑桶包装，或者根据客户要求定制。请在5~35℃条件下贮存，避免直接加热。如着火燃烧，按一般石油产品方法灭火。

在5~35℃温度时，未开封包装的条件下，自生产之日起，保质期为12个月。

Water-based coatings, water-based inks, and water-based wood coatings;
Waterborne polyurethane leather topcoat pastes;
Used in grinding and letdown stages of architectural coatings.

Ⅳ. How to Use

This defoamer can not be diluted with water and should be added directly to the foaming system. If diluted with water, stratification may occur, resulting in reduced defoaming and foam suppression performance.

Due to its strong foam suppression performance, this product can be incorporated as an anti-foaming component into the formulations. The recommended addition level is 0.1%~1% of the total formulation. It may also be added in stages: 60% of the dosage during the grinding stage, and the remaining 40% paint letdown stage (before adding the emulsion). The optimal dosage should be determined by the user through on-site trials.

Ⅴ. Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in 25L or 200L plastic drums, or in a customized size as per customer request. Please store at 5℃~35℃ and avoid direct heating. If it catches fire and burns, put out the fire according to the general petroleum products method.

The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production at 5℃~35℃ in unopened packaging.
