甲基乙基硅油
一、主要成分
三甲基硅氧基为端基，每个硅氧烷链节含一个甲基和一个乙基的线型聚甲基乙基硅氧烷。

三、性能
工作温度范围为-100℃～150℃，而且温度黏度系数小，具有优良的润滑性能和介电性能，耐低温较低于甲基硅油，润滑性和耐磨性较优于甲基硅油。优良的化学稳定性，与强酸强碱（浓硫酸和氢氟酸除外）不发生化学反应。
- 用途
用作多种橡胶和塑料制品的脱模剂。本品挥发性小、表面张力小、耐老化，并可根据使用需要，调配成不同黏度。广泛用作电气工业的绝缘材料、精密仪器仪表油、液压油、特种润滑油等。甲基乙基硅油提高机油润滑性能，在纺织机械的细纱锭子的应用方面优良。介电性能也可用于大功率无线电设备散热 。
五、包装与贮存
1、本品用清洁、干燥、密封的内涂塑铁桶或塑料桶包装；
2、运输：运输过程中应防止日晒、雨淋；本品按非危险品运输;
3、贮存：自生产之日起，贮存期为一年，超过贮存期，可按标准重新检验，若符合标准要求，仍可使用。

Ⅲ. Features
The operating temperature ranges from -100°C to 150°C. It has a low temperature-viscosity coefficient, excellent lubricity and dielectric properties. Its low-temperature resistance is better than that of methyl silicone oil, and its lubricity and wear resistance are also superior. It possesses outstanding chemical stability and does not react with strong acids or strong alkalis, except for concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
Ⅳ. Applications
It serves as a release agent for various rubber and plastic products. This product exhibits low volatility, low surface tension, and excellent aging resistance, and its viscosity can be adjusted according to application requirements. It is widely used as an insulating material in the electrical industry, as well as in precision instrument oils, hydraulic fluids, and specialty lubricants. Methyl ethyl silicone oil improves the lubricity of engine oils and performs excellently in applications such as spinning spindles in textile machinery. Its dielectric properties also make it suitable for heat dissipation in high-power radio equipment.
Ⅴ. Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: Pack in a clean and dry inner plastic-coated iron drums or plastic drums.
- Transportation: During transportation, exposure to sunlight and rain should be prevented. Transport it as non-hazardous goods.
- Storage: Store in a well-ventilated cool and dry place with no contact with harmful substances such as acid and alkali. The shelf life is one year, beyond which, re-test the product according to specifications. It may remain usable if it still meets the requirements.
