本产品是一种固含30%的有机硅离型剂主剂，属加成型溶剂型有机硅离型剂，溶剂为甲苯。加热快速固化，具有稳定的剥离力、优良的对基材附着力和浴槽稳定性。本产品剥离力低，涂层光滑，适用范围广，残余黏着率较高。适合大部分常规离型纸和离型膜的涂硅，对大部分胶粘剂的适应性好。用于胶带、标签，单面和双面的工业离型纸和离型膜，防粘包装等。

三、使用参考

推荐采用以下步骤配制涂布液。设备应洁净。将本产品溶解于甲苯或120号溶剂油等溶剂中，搅拌均匀，建议100份主剂中加入500份溶剂稀释；再加入锚固剂，搅拌均匀；再加入交联剂，搅拌均匀；最后慢慢加入催化剂，搅拌均匀。通常情况下，涂布液寿命为6小时。

将过滤后的涂布液均匀涂覆在基材上，在烘箱中加热固化。可参考实验室固化测试时的温度和时间：140℃*25s。

使用注意事项：

1.此产品易受过氧化物和其它物质的污染，如含有机锡的物质、含硫的物质、氨基化合物等。请清洁所有混合设备和涂敷设备，并尽可能使用专用的容器。

2.为了更好地使用本产品，务必调整使用工艺使产品尽可能固化完全。

四、包装及贮运

常规包装15kg/桶，150kg/桶；可根据用户需求协商指定包装。请储存于阴凉、干燥、通风处，牢固密封保存。自生产日期起，本产品在30℃以下的保质期为12个月。

SH-720 Silicone Release Coating

Ⅰ. Product Description

SH-720 is a solvent-based, addition-cure silicone release coating base with a 30% solid content, using toluene as the solvent. It features rapid thermal curing, stable peel force, good adhesion to substrates, and excellent bath stability. It has low peel force, provides smooth coatings, and with high Subsequent Adhesion Strength . It is a versatile release agent mainly used for silicone coating on most conventional release papers and films, and shows good compatibility with most adhesives. Applications include tapes and labels, release papers for single-sided and double-sided industrial release papers, release films, and non-stick packaging.

III. How to Use

Prepare the coating solution as follows. Keep the equipment clean. Firstly, dissolve this product in solvents such as toluene or No. 120 solvent oil and mix thoroughly. A dilution ratio of 500 parts solvent to 100 parts base is recommended; then add cross-linking agent and stir evenly; and finally add catalyst slowly and stir evenly. The typical pot life of the coating solution is 6 hours.

Apply the filtered coating solution evenly onto the substrate, and then cure it in the oven, like under laboratory conditions, 25 seconds at 140℃.

Note:

This product is easily contaminated by peroxides, amino compounds, other substances that contains, for example, organotin or sulfur. Therefore, please clean all the mixing and coating equipment and use an exclusive container whenever possible.
For better use, please adjust the process and make sure the product is cured as fully as possible.

Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage

It is sealed in standard packaging as in 15kg/ drum, 150kg/ drum, or customized as per customer request. Please store it in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place in unopened packaging. The shelf life is 12 months below 30℃.
