- 性能及用途
本产品是一种高二氧化硅含量的固体甲基硅树脂，耐热性能良好，高温分解时产生的烟雾较少，反应活性高，粘合性能强，硬度高，抗刮伤性能好。
7034是7033树脂以环保溶剂稀释后的溶剂型硅树脂。

- 推荐应用
1、广泛应用于层压板的绝缘粘结；
2、广泛应用于电阻绝缘涂料，提供优良耐温性能的同时，赋予良好的稳定性(不冒烟、不开裂)和抗刮损伤性能等；
- 包装及贮运
一般为40kg纸桶、200kg铁桶包装，为防止结块，在25℃以下阴凉干燥环境下密封贮存。贮存期3个月，超期检验合格仍可使用。
- 施工参考
1、如采用溶剂法制备涂层或粘结剂，建议优选甲苯或二甲苯作为溶剂，充分溶解树脂后配漆，溶解过程中可以适当升温（≤60℃），使用前有必要以200目滤布进行过滤并观察滤液是否清澈。
2、如使用粉末涂料的方法制备电阻绝缘涂料，需确保树脂与颜填料的充分混合与包裹。
SH-7033/7034 Silicone Resin
Ⅰ. Features
This product is a solid methyl silicone resin with high silica content. It exhibits good heat resistance, low smoke emission upon high-temperature decomposition, and high reactivity, as well as strong adhesion, high hardness and great scratch resistance.
7034 is a solvent-based silicone resin obtained by diluting 7033 with an environmentally friendly solvent.

Ⅲ. Applications
- Widely used for insulating bonding of laminates;
- Widely used in insulating coatings of resistors, providing excellent temperature resistance while offering outstanding stability (no smoking, no cracking), good scratch resistance, etc..
Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage
Standard packaging is 40kg cardboard drum or 200kg iron drum. To prevent caking, store it in a cool and dry environment below 25℃ in unopened packaging. The shelf life of this product is 3 months. Re-test the product according to the specifications after expiry. It may remain usable if it still meets the standard.
Ⅴ. How to Use
- When preparing coatings or adhesives using solvent method, toluene or xylene is recommended as the preferred solvent. The resin should be fully dissolved before paint mixing and during the dissolving process, moderate heating (≤60℃) can be applied. Prior to use, it is necessary to filter the solution through a 200-mesh filter cloth and check whether the filtrate is clear.
- When preparing insulating coatings of resistors using powder coating method, it is essential to ensure thorough mixing and encapsulation of the resin with pigments and fillers.
