本产品在保留原有硅树脂高绝缘强度、低介电损耗、耐高低温、耐气候老化、憎水防潮等优良性能的同时，克服了其普遍存在的固化活性低和固化后涂膜对基材粘附力弱、涂膜易返粘等缺点，具有较优的工艺性能和使用性能。广泛适用于绝缘材料、耐热涂料和耐候涂料。作为高性能绝缘材料，主要用于H级电机绕组浸渍漆、匝间粘合浸渍漆、有机硅玻璃丝包线绝缘涂料及H级电器的耐热绝缘漆。适用于持久性建筑装饰和保护涂料，如大型桥梁和高速公路护栏的防护漆等。

1、所用稀释剂不得含有水分、酸、碱、胺类等化合物，否则将影响漆膜的附着力、干性及其他性能。

2、本产品含有甲苯等易燃易爆的溶剂，在加工过程中应注意加强现场通风，注意防火、防静电，严格断绝火源。操作人员应注意劳动保护。

3、可用酮类、酯类、甲苯、二甲苯等稀释。

包装及贮运

本产品用200kg铁桶包装，贮存于阴凉干燥处，防止阳光直射，避免与酸、碱接触，按危险品贮运。贮存期6个月，超期检验合格仍可使用。

Ⅰ Properties & Uses

This product is a newly developed next-generation silicone resin by our company. While retaining the inherent advantages of silicone resins—including high insulation strength, low dielectric loss, resistance to extreme temperatures and weathering, as well as hydrophobicity and moisture resistance—it overcomes common drawbacks such as low curing activity, weak adhesion to substrates after curing, and susceptibility to re-adhesion, offering superior processing and performance characteristics. The resin is widely applicable in insulating materials, heat-resistant coatings, and weather-resistant coatings. As a high-performance insulating material, it is primarily used for H-class motor winding impregnation paints, inter-turn bonding impregnation paints, silicone glass fiber-wrapped wire insulation coatings, and heat-resistant insulating paints for H-class electrical equipment. This product is particularly suitable for long-lasting architectural decorative and protective coatings, such as those applied to large bridges and highway guardrails.

Ⅲ Instructions

1.The diluent used in this product should not contain water, acid, alkali, amine and other compounds, otherwise it will affect adhesion, dryness and other properties of paint film.

2.This product contains toluene and other flammable and explosive solvents. Attention should be paid to enhancing site ventilation during processing. Pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static, strictly cut off fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.

3.This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.

Ⅳ Packaging,Storage&Delivery

This product is packed in 200 kg iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, avoid acid and alkali contact. Storied and transported as dangerous goods. The storage period of this product is 6 months. If the product passes the inspection after expiration, it can be used.
