三、应用领域

适用于工业污水、工业清洗、工业循环水；

水性研磨膏体系、玻璃屏毛刺研磨体系；
水性聚氨酯体系。

四、如何使用

本消泡剂可以直接往起泡体系中添加。也可以按一定比例稀释后使用（使用增稠水进行稀释），可以在泡沫产生后添加或作为抑泡组分加入产品中。

由于本品具有较强的抑泡性能，因此，可以作为抑泡组分加入到产品中去。推荐加入量为总配方量的0.1%～1%，也可分阶段加入。适宜用量由用户通过现场试验决定。

五、包装与储存

本品采用25L塑桶或200L塑桶包装，或者根据客户要求定制。请在5－35℃条件下贮存，避免直接加热。如着火燃烧，按一般石油产品方法灭火。

在5~35℃温度时，未开封包装的条件下，自生产之日起，保质期为6个月。

Ⅲ. Applications

Suitable for industrial wastewater, industrial cleaning, and industrial circulating water;
Used in water-based grinding paste system, and glass panel burr grinding system;
Used in waterborne polyurethane system.

Ⅳ. How to Use

It can be added directly to the foaming system, or diluted first with an appropriate amount of thickened water before use. Add after foam formation, or before as an anti-foaming component.

Due to its strong foam suppression performance, this product can be incorporated as an anti-foaming component into the formulations. The recommended addition level is 0.1%~1% of the total formulation, or add this product in stages. The optimal dosage should be determined by the user through on-site trials.

Ⅴ. Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in 25L or 200L plastic drums, or in a customized size as per customer request. Please store at 5℃~35℃ and avoid direct heating. If it catches fire and burns, put out the fire according to the general petroleum products method.

The shelf life is 6 months from the date of production at 5℃~35℃ in unopened packaging.
