SH-21000 是一种剥离强度的加成型固化有机硅压敏胶,具有低迁移性、粘接力稳定、 耐湿、耐热和耐候性好等特点。在使用过程中可以快速固化,比传统固化方式更节省能源;固化过程中无低分子物质析出,流平性好,薄层涂布的胶面透明度高电气绝缘性优良。可用于需要控制附着力的胶带工业保护膜。它对玻璃、金属面板、显示屏等各种目标材料表现出浸润性能。主要应用在要求保护胶带/薄膜中需要较高附着性和良好润湿性能的场所。SH-21000可以与其它低粘合力压敏胶混合以调节剥离力。

使用方法及注意事项

粘合剂可直接或者与其它压敏胶混合后涂敷在衬底材料上,通常与交联剂和催化剂配合使用。为了提高与基材的粘结强度,可使用附着力添加剂。但是,在具有涂层的基材上对底漆进行电晕处理是获得良好固着性能的选择。本产品可以采用相容的溶剂如甲苯、二甲苯等进一步稀释。在使用溶剂时,应确保通风良好。在准备涂布液时,推荐使用以下比例:

SH21000主剂:交联剂CL32:锚固剂:催化剂CAT05 = 100:0.6~1.5:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2

配胶:根据事先确定的配比,先将SH21000可单独使用也可与其他剥离力的有机硅压敏胶(如有需要)加入搅拌桶中,然后加入稀释剂(一般稀释至固含量在25~35%),搅拌20~40min,待充分混合均匀后,加入交联剂CL32,搅拌3~5min;再加入催化剂CAT05,搅拌均匀后(一般为30min 左右)即可涂覆配比后涂布液粘度寿命因涂布液度、溶剂、特定配方和环境温度不同而有差异。通常情况下,涂布液寿命为6小时。

固化:按上述配方制备涂布液并涂在柔性基材上,在超过130℃ 以上的连续式涂敷烘箱中通风固化2~5分钟。气流形式、风量以及速度都将对压敏胶的固化速度产生影响。

注意:

  1. 中有挥发性溶剂,使用时务必保证环境通风良好,并远离火种及高温;
  2. 使用配戴好防护用品,避免与皮肤接触,一旦接触皮肤后应及时用肥皂、流动清水冲干净;
  3. 布必须在适合的环境下进行,建议操作间采用无尘处理、温度控制在2535℃,湿度1560%粉尘过多会导致涂布成品有颗粒污点、不良率上升温度过低会致使平不佳、附着力下降。湿过高易造成涂膜缩孔,湿度过低易造成静电安全隐患,出现表面泛白现象。

四、包装、贮存、运输

建议本品在通风良好处低温(0℃-30℃)贮存,避光。产品有效贮存期6个月,超期复验,若符合标准,仍可使用;常规包装20Kg/桶或200Kg/桶,可根据用户需求协商指定包装。本品按危险品贮存和运输。

五、安全与环保

本产品未被测试或陈述为适用于医用或药用。使用时,应该保持通风和严禁各种明火和静电。使用时,必须按照规定穿戴好个人防护用品。

 

SH-21000 Silicone Pressure Sensitive Adhesive

Introduction and usage

SH-21000 is a high-peeling strength addition-curing silicone pressure sensitive adhesive with low migration, stable adhesion, moisture resistance, heat resistance and good weather resistance. It can be cured rapidly during use, which is more energy-saving than the traditional curing method; No precipitation of low molecular weight substances release during curing process, good leveling, high transparency of the adhesive surface when coated as thin layer, excellent electrical insulation. It can be used for industrial protective films for tapes where controlled adhesion is required. It exhibits excellent wetting performance for various target materials such as glass, metal panels, displays, etc. Mainly used in places where high adhesion and good wetting performance are required in protective tapes/films. SH-21000 can be mixed with other low adhesion pressure sensitive adhesives to adjust the peeling force.

How to use & Precautions
The adhesive can be applied directly or mixed with other pressure-sensitive adhesives to the substrates, usually in combination with crosslinkers and catalysts. To improve the bond strength to the substrate, adhesion additives can be used. However, corona treatment of the primer on a coated substrate is the best option to obtain good adhesion properties. This product can be further diluted with compatible solvents such as toluene, xylene, etc. When using solvents, good ventilation should be ensured. When preparing the coating solution, the following ratios are recommended:

SH21000 main agent: crosslinking agent CL32: anchoring agent: catalyst CAT05 = 100:0.6~1.5:0.8~1.2:0.8~1.2

 

Glue preparation: According to the predetermined ratio, first add SH21000 silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (or if necessary, with pressure-sensitive adhesive of other peeling forces), into the mixing drum, and then add diluent (generally diluted to a solid content of 25~35%), stir for 20~40min, until the mixture is homogeneous. Add crosslinking agent CL32 and stir for 3~5min; add catalyst CAT05, stir well (generally about 30min) and the mixture is ready for coating. The viscosity life of the coating solution after formulation varies significantly depending on the coating solution concentration, solvent, specific formulation, and ambient temperature. Typically, the life of the coating solution is 6 hours.

Curing: According to the above formula, prepare the coating solution and apply it on the flexible substrate, and ventilate and cure it in a continuous coating oven above 130 °C for 2~5 minutes. Airflow pattern, air volume, and velocity all have an impact the curing speed of the pressure sensitive adhesive.

 

Note:

1. There are volatile solvents in the rubber material, and it is necessary to ensure that the environment is well ventilated and kept away from fire and high temperature when using;

2. Wear protective equipment during use, avoid contact with skin, once in contact with skin, rinse with soap and running water in time;

3. Coating must be carried out in a suitable environment, it is recommended to adopt dust-free treatment in the operation room, temperature controlled at 25~35 °C, humidity controlled at 15~60%. Excessive dust will lead to particle stains and increas defect rates in the coating product. Inadequate temperature may result in poor leveling and reduced adhesion, and excessive humidity may easily cause shrinkage of the coating film, inadequate humidity may easily cause static electricity safety hazards, and the surface whitening phenomenon

 

 

Packaging, storage, transportation

It is recommended that this product be stored at low temperature (0 °C-30 °C) in a well-ventilated place and protected from light. The effective storage period of the product is 6 months, and it can still be used if it meets the standard; Conventional packaging 20Kg/drum or 200Kg/drum, can be specified according to user needs. This product is stored and transported as dangerous goods.

 

Safety and environmental protection

This product has not been tested or stated for use in medical or medicinal use. When using, ventilation should be maintained and all kinds of open flames and static electricity are strictly prohibited. When using, personal protective equipment must be worn in accordance with regulations.
