This product is a low-molecular-weight methylphenyl intermediate silanol with high reactivity. It is suitable for introducing compatible organic silicon components into other resins such as acrylic, polyester, and epoxy-based materials to enhance their high-temperature and weather resistance. For example, the introduction of 30% organic silicon intermediate can increase the continuous heat resistance of the organic resin to 300-350℃; it can also be further condensed to prepare pure organic silicon resin.

Ⅲ Instructions

1. The diluent used in this product must not contain water, acids, alkalis, amines or other compounds. Otherwise, it will affect the adhesion, drying time and other properties of the paint film.

2. This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as xylene. During the processing, it is necessary to enhance the ventilation at the site, pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static measures, and strictly cut off the ignition source. Operators should pay attention to personal protection.

3. This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.

Ⅳ Packaging,Storage&Delivery

This product is packed in 200 kg iron drums. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight and kept away from acids and alkalis. It should be transported and stored as a dangerous good. The storage period of this product is 6 months. If the product passes the inspection after expiration, it can be used.
