- 性能及用途
本产品具有较好的耐高低温性能、憎水防潮性能、良好的电气绝缘性能和耐电弧电晕性能，其耐候性、耐化学品稳定性以及防腐性能也较好。主要适用于制备耐高温防腐涂料、绝缘涂料、耐候涂料等。
023-4相较于023-7，防腐性更好，耐高温性略差。

- 使用说明
1、本产品所用稀释剂不得含有水分、酸、碱、胺类等化合物，否则将影响漆膜的附着力、干性及其他性能。
2、本产品含有二甲苯等易燃易爆的溶剂，在加工过程中应注意加强现场通风，注意防火、防静电，严格杜绝火源。操作人员应注意劳动保护。
3、本产品可用酮类、酯类、甲苯、二甲苯等稀释。
- 包装及贮运
本产品用200kg铁桶包装，贮存于阴凉干燥处，防止阳光直射，避免与酸、碱接触，按危险品贮运。本产品贮存期6个月，超期检验合格仍可使用。

Ⅰ Properties & Uses
This product has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, water repellency and moisture-proofing properties, good electrical insulation performance and resistance to electric arcs and corona. Its weather resistance, chemical stability and anti-corrosion properties are also good. It is mainly used for preparing high-temperature resistant anti-corrosion coatings, insulating coatings, weather-resistant coatings, etc.
Compared with 023-7, 023-4 has better anti-corrosion performance but slightly lower high-temperature resistance.

Ⅲ Instructions
1. The diluent used in this product must not contain water, acids, alkalis, amines or other compounds. Otherwise, it will affect the adhesion, drying time and other properties of the paint film.
2. This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as xylene. During the processing, it is necessary to enhance the ventilation at the site, pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static measures, and strictly cut off the ignition source. Operators should pay attention to personal protection.
3. This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.
Ⅳ Packaging,Storage&Delivery
This product is packed in 200 kg iron drums. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight and kept away from acids and alkalis. It should be transported and stored as a dangerous good. The storage period of this product is 6 months. If the product passes the inspection after expiration, it can be used.
