三、性能

使用范围

1、化妆品；作为洗发水、膏霜的润滑剂。

2、脱模剂：适用于塑料、橡胶、金属制品的防粘、脱模，适用于作聚氨酯制品的脱模，亦可加入塑料、合成树脂等材料中作为内脱模剂使用。

3、作为高级润滑油、润滑脂的材料；适用于金属、塑料等材料间的润滑。

4、作为高档油漆、油墨、涂料的添加剂，少量添加于油漆、油墨、涂料中,可提高产品的光泽性并有消泡作用。

五、包装与贮存

1、本品用50L聚乙烯桶或者200L铁桶包装，也可根据用户要求更换包装；

2、本品应密封贮存于阴凉干燥处，不得与强酸强碱及有毒物质混装、混运和堆放。自生产之日起，贮存期为一年，超过贮存期，可按标准重新检验，若符合标准要求，仍可使用；

3、本品按非危险品运输。

Ⅲ. Features

Long-chain alkyl modified polyorganosiloxane exhibits versatile properties including high and low temperature resistance, excellent lubricity, anti-sticking, and aging resistance. Characterized by its recoatability, this product is commonly known as "dry silicone oil" or "non-oily silicone oil." Customization is available for long-chain alkyl groups ranging from C8 to C30, and alkyl ratio can also be adjusted according to customer’s requirements.

Ⅳ. Applications

Cosmetics: Used as a lubricant in shampoos, creams and lotions.
Release agent: Suitable for anti-stick and demoulding of plastic, rubber, and metal products, particularly for polyurethane products. It can also be incorporated into plastics and synthetic resins as an internal release agent.
Used as a base material for high-grade lubricating oils and greases. Suitable for lubrication between materials such as metals and plastics.
Used as an additive for high-end paints, inks, and coatings, to improve the gloss of end products and provides defoaming effects.

Ⅴ. Packaging and Storage

It is packed in 50L polyethylene drums or 200L iron drums. The packaging is also customizable upon request.
Store in a cool and dry place in unopened packaging. Contact with strong acids and alkalis, toxic substances should be prevented when packaging, transporting, and stacking. The shelf life is one year, beyond which, re-test the product according to specifications. It may remain usable if it still meets the requirements.
Transport as non-hazardous goods.
