四、使用范围及特点

本产品主要针对发酵消泡工业设计，具有消泡速度较快及抑泡时间较长等特点，较易分散于水中，能与液体相溶，产品主要应用于柠檬酸、土霉素、青霉素、四环素、金霉素、洁霉素、红霉素、新霉素、谷氨酸、赖氨酸、阿维菌素、酶制剂、赤藓糖醇、酵母、黄原胶、长链二元酸等微生物发酵过程中消泡。

五、使用方法

可以与基础料一起配入消毒，也可以在后期分消补料进罐，一般使用量在 0.1-5‰左右就可以满足整个发酵周期的消泡要求。

六、包装与贮存

1.本品用200kg聚乙烯桶，也可根据用户要求更换包装。

2.本品应密封贮存于阴凉干燥处，避免日晒、冰冻（储存温度在5℃～35℃），不得与强酸强碱及有毒物质混装、混运和堆放。

3.本品按非危险品运输。

Ⅳ. Applications and Features

This product is mainly designed for defoaming in fermentation industry and features in fast defoaming and long foam suppression. It is readily dispersible in water and miscible with liquids. It is mainly used for defoaming in microbial fermentation process as in citric acid, oxytetracycline, penicillin, tetracycline, chlortetracycline, lincomycin, erythromycin, neomycin, glutamic acid, lysine, avermectin, enzyme preparation, erythritol, yeast, xanthan gum, long-chain dicarboxylic acids, etc.

Ⅴ. How to Use

It can be added into the basal medium and sterilized together, or added later during the fermentation process as a fed-batch supplement. A typical usage level of 0.1~0.5‰ is generally sufficient to meet the defoaming requirements throughout the fermentation cycle.

Ⅵ. Packaging and Storage

Seal in 200kg polyethylene drums, or a customized size as per customer request.
This product should be stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry place at 5℃~35℃, protected from sunlight and freezing. It must not be mixed, transported, or stored together with strong acids, strong alkalis, or toxic substances.
Transport as non-hazardous goods.
