This resin is formed by polymerizing an organic silicon intermediate with epoxy resin and other substances through a special process. It possesses the heat resistance and weather resistance of organic silicon resins, while also having the anti-corrosion, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and atmospheric corrosion resistance properties of epoxy resins. It is particularly suitable for preparing heat-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings for use in harsh environments, such as chemical pipelines, large towers, boilers, etc. It can also be formulated for special purposes such as household appliances and metal paints for aluminum profiles.

Ⅲ Instructions

The diluent used in this product must not contain water, acids, alkalis, amines or other compounds. Otherwise, it will affect the adhesion, drying time and other properties of the paint film.

2. This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as xylene. During the processing, it is necessary to enhance the ventilation at the site, pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static measures, and strictly cut off the ignition source. Operators should pay attention to personal protection.

3. This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.

Ⅳ Packaging,Storage&Delivery

This product is packed in 200 kg iron drums. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight and kept away from acids and alkalis. It should be transported and stored as a dangerous good. The storage period of this product is 6 months. If the product passes the inspection after expiration, it can be used.
