一、性能特点
甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂是有机硅高分子聚硅氧烷化合物，具有双层结构的紧密球状物。具有较好的耐温性、成膜性、粘附性、拒水性、电气绝缘性、耐老化、抗紫外线辐照等性能。由于乙烯基的引入赋予其良好的反应性能，广泛应用于硅氢加成改性、高透明LSR、医疗凝胶、隔离/PSA调节剂等领域。

三、适用范围
1、用作有机硅压敏胶、隔离剂剥离力的调节剂，同时提高其内聚力。
2、用于有机硅皮革、织物有机硅涂层，提高其强度、手感、防水、耐温耐老化性能。
3、用于液体硅橡胶、密封胶、灌封胶中增强力学性能，调节流变性与界面的相溶性。
4、用于医用凝胶和光学凝胶，调节控制交联程度，适应不同配方。
四、包装与贮存
200kg内衬塑铁桶包装（P系列采用25kg纸板桶包装）。室温（0～35℃）下密封贮存（防止阳光直接照射），S系列贮存期半年，P及N系列贮存期一年。P和N型为非危险品，S型按危险品贮运。

Ⅰ. Product Description
This product is a polysiloxane compound with a double-layer structure of compact spheres. It has good heat resistance, film-forming capability, adhesion, water repellency, aging resistance, and UV radiation resistance. The introduction of vinyl groups imparts excellent reactivity, making it widely used in hydrosilylation modification, high-transparency liquid silicone rubber (LSR), medical gels, release agents/ pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) modifiers.

Ⅲ. Applications
- Used as modifiers for adhesion of silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) and release agents while also enhancing their cohesion;
- Used in silicone leather and fabric silicone coatings to enhance their strength, hand feel, water repellency, thermal stability, and aging resistance;
- Used in liquid silicone rubber (LSR), sealants, and potting compounds to enhance mechanical properties, and to regulate rheology and interfacial compatibility;
- Used in medical gels and optical gels to regulate and control the degree of crosslinking, adapting to different formulations.
Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage
Packed in 200kg plastic-lined iron drums (P-series packed in 25kg fiber drums). Store at room temperature (0~35℃) in unopened packaging without exposure to direct sunlight. The shelf life is 6 months for S series, and a year for P and N series. P and N series are classified as non-hazardous, while the S series must be stored and transported as hazardous goods.
