一、性能及用途：
SH-1298是一种室温固化也可加热加速固化的弹塑性有机硅披覆涂料，其兼有硅橡胶和硅树脂的特性。本产品是一种具有荧光指示的透明液体，可以采用刷涂、喷涂、浸涂多种工艺，固化速度快，良好的抗磨损性，对各种电路板有良好的附着力，具有优良的电绝缘性能、优良的防潮、耐候、防盐雾等性能。该产品应用于线路板、电子元器件的绝缘保护。

三．使用方法及注意事项
- 本品可采用刷涂、喷涂、浸涂等方法施工。涂层以不流卦、不漏涂为准。
- 涂装前，须先将待涂物件表面的水份和油污除净。
- 第一道涂膜表干后，才可涂第二道。
- 本产品为单组份包装，固化时，依靠接触空气中水份固化。空气湿度含量越高，涂料固化越快；温度越高，涂料固化也越快。因此，一次未用完应及时盖好桶盖以备下次再用。
- 施工时应严禁明火，且避免穿戴易产生静电的工作服。
- 本系列产品需专用稀释剂，用于调整施工粘度，也可用于清洗施工用具。
- 包装及贮运
常规包装为200kg/桶；在0~30℃阴凉干燥环境下避光贮存，按非危险品贮运。贮存期为自生产之日起12个月，超期检验合格仍可使用。
五、安全与环保
- 本系列产品对眼睛略有刺激性，使用时注意不要弄到眼睛中，万一不慎弄到眼睛中，应立即用自来水冲洗，并立即请医生诊治。
- 本系列产品含有有机溶剂，使用时，应该保持通风和严禁各种明火和静电。
- 使用时，必须按照规定穿戴好个人防护用品。
Ⅰ. Product Description
This product is an elastoplastic silicone conformal coating that can cure at room temperature or be heat-accelerated. It exhibits both qualities of silicone rubber and resin and is a transparent liquid with fluorescent indication. This product can be applied by brushing, spraying, and dipping and features fast curing as well as excellent abrasion resistance. It shows good adhesion to various circuit boards and has outstanding electrical insulation properties. Other properties include excellent moisture resistance, weatherability, and salt spray resistance. This product is used for the insulation protection of circuit boards and electronic components.

III. How to Use
1. This product can be applied by brushing, spraying, dipping, or other methods. The coating should be free from run-off and missed areas.
2. Before coating, remove moisture and oil contamination on the surface of the object to be coated completely.
3. The second coat should only be applied after the first coat has become surface dry.
4. This product is supplied as a single-component package and cures by exposure to moisture in the air. The higher the ambient humidity is, the faster the coating cures; the higher the temperature, the faster the coating cures. Therefore, the container should be promptly sealed for future use if not used up in one application.
5. Open flames are strictly prohibited during application, and work clothing that is prone to generating static electricity should be avoided.
- This series of products requires a dedicated thinner to adjust the viscosity and can also be used for cleaning application tools.
Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage
It is sealed in standard drum of size 200kg. Please store it in a cool and dry place at 0~30℃ in unopened packaging away from sunlight. Transport and store as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life is 12 months. Re-test the product if exceeding the stated shelf life and, it may still be used if it meets the standard as well.
Ⅴ. Safety Instructions
- This product is slightly irritating to the eyes. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with tap water and seek medical advice.
- The product contains no organic solvents. During use, maintain good ventilation and strictly prohibit open flames and static electricity.
