三、特点

本品能溶于水或分散于水、酒精和丙酮等中，织物整理剂。它用法简单，能与树脂同浴，整理浴液切变稳定性高，无破乳漂油问题。使用本品整理织物可减少树脂用量，降低成本，提高经济效益。

本品同时赋予织物以下性能：

1、柔软性：经本品整理的织物柔软滑爽，手感舒适，风格优雅。它赋予薄型织物以丝绸感、赋予厚型织物毛料感。

2、亲水性：经本品整理的织物亲水性优良，透气分羟基性好，着服性佳，可消除合成纤维织物燥身、闷气和不吸汗等特点。

3、抗静电性：经本品整理的织物抗静电性能好，静电效应小，不易吸尘，具有一定的防污性，容易洗涤。

4、防缩性：经本品整理的织物尺寸稳定性好，适用于羊毛织物的防缩整理。

5、弹性：经本品整理的织物弹性优良，急弹和缓弹大幅度提高，质料挺括。

四、用途

1.可用于涤纶、尼龙等合成纤维织物，棉麻等天然纤维织物、羊毛、真丝绸等蛋白质纤维织物，以及棉/涤，毛/涤等混纺织物，本品亦可用于处理丝、纱线和缝纫线，处理后的纤维和丝光泽性好，滑脱、缝纫性良好。

2.广泛用于日用化学品中，如各种化妆品用膏剂、乳剂和洗发香波等。用含本品的香波洗过的头发松、软、富有光泽、可梳性好。

3.可用于制革行业，是皮革滑爽剂和涂饰剂的主要成份。它赋予各种天然革面滑爽、光亮、柔软和舒适的手感等性能。

4.油漆的优良添加剂，可提高油漆的流平性，使涂面滑溜、光亮。

5.可作为塑料添加剂和脱模剂等。

五、包装及储运

本品用50kg、200kg塑料桶包装，储存于通风、阴凉、干燥处，避免混入酸、碱及其它杂质。有效储存期一年，超过储存期复检合格后仍可使用。按非危险品储存及运输。

Ⅲ. Features

It can be dissolved in water or dispersed in mediums such as water, alcohol, and acetone, functioning as a highly efficient textile finishing agent. It is easy to use and can be bathing with the resin. and the finishing bath exhibits superior shear stability without issues of demulsification or oil floating. Utilizing this product for fabric finishing significantly reduces resin consumption, thereby lowering production costs and maximizing economic returns.

Meanwhile, this product imparts the following properties to fabrics:

1. Softness: Fabrics finished with this product are soft and smooth, with a comfortable feel and an elegant style. It gives thin fabrics a silky feel and thick fabrics a woolen feel.

2. Hydrophilicity: Treated fabrics exhibit excellent hydrophilicity, high breathability, and superior wear comfort. It effectively eliminates the typical drawbacks of synthetic fiber fabrics, such as skin irritation, stuffiness, and poor sweat absorption.

3. Anti-static property: The treated fabric has good anti-static performance, low static effect, and low dust attraction. It has good anti fouling property, making it easy to wash.

4. Anti-shrink property: The fabric treated with this product has good dimensional stability and is suitable for anti-shrink finishing of wool fabrics.

5. Elasticity: Fabrics treated with this product exhibit excellent elasticity, with significant improvements in both quick and slow elasticity, while maintaining a crisp and firm texture.

Ⅳ. Applications

1. It can be used for synthetic fiber fabrics such as polyester and nylon, natural fiber fabrics such as cotton and linen, protein fiber fabrics such as wool and silk, as well as blended fabrics like cotton/polyester, and wool/polyester. It can also be used to treat silk, yarns and sewing threads. The treated fibers and yarns have good luster, smoothness and also shows excellent sewing properties.

2. Widely used in daily chemicals, such as various cosmetic creams, emulsions, and shampoos. Hair washed with shampoos containing this product is loose, soft, lustrous, and has good combability.

3. It can be used in the leather industry, serving as a primary component of leather slickening agents and finishing agents. It imparts various natural leather surfaces with properties such as smoothness, gloss, softness, and a comfortable hand feel.

4. An excellent additive for paints, it can improve the leveling property of the paint, resulting in a smooth and glossy coated surface.

5. It can be used as a plastic additive and release agent.

Ⅴ. Packaging and Storage

This product is available in 50kg and 200kg plastic drums. Store in a well ventilated, cool and dry place. Avoid contact with acid, alkali, or other impurities. The shelf life is one year. When exceeding the stated shelf life, retest the product according to specifications. It remains usable if it still meets the standard.
