- 使用参考
本产品为60%的乳液，用户可根据自己需要调配适当的使用浓度。一般情况下稀释至1~10%，喷涂或用刷涂到模具表面，经一到五个循环过程后再涂一次。要获得适宜效果，需等水分从模具表面蒸发完，留下一层硅酮薄膜，用量随模具形状和尺寸而定，起始量为每1000cm2用5克60%的乳液。
- 包装及贮运
一般为200kg、50kg塑料桶包装；在5~36℃阴凉干燥环境下密封贮存，贮存期6个月，超期检验合格仍可使用。

Ⅰ. Features
This product is a non-ionic, methyl MQ silicone resin emulsion, which exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance and wetting/ spreading performance. It is widely used as a release agent for polyurethane components and is infinitely dilutable with water.

Ⅲ. How to Use
This product is supplied as a 60% emulsion. Users can dilute it to an appropriate concentration according to their needs. Generally, it is diluted to 1%~10% and applied to the mold surface by spraying or brushing. After one to five molding cycles, reapply the emulsion. For best results, allow the water to evaporate completely from the mold surface, on which leave a silicone film. The usage amount depends on the shape and size of the mold, with a starting dosage of 5 grams of the 60% emulsion per 1000 cm2.
Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage
Standard packaging is 200kg or 50kg plastic drum. The shelf life of this product is 6 months when stored in a cool and dry environment at 5℃~36℃ in unopened packaging. Re-test the product according to the specifications after expiry. It may remain usable if it still meets the requirements.
