本产品是由多官能团有机硅单体经特殊工艺聚合而成。其气味较小，固化后硬度高，绝缘性能好，耐摩擦、耐老化、耐辐射、疏水、防潮，较易与无机物结合，具有较高的耐热性，高温烧结后，以Si-O键、Si-C键结构形式结合，残留份高、粘结性好。可用于压制硬质云母板、玻纤板、亦可用作耐火粘接剂、高温粘接剂及高温密封剂。同时，它还可作为各类金属制品和装饰材料的保护涂层，提高其耐磨、耐老化、耐水、抗紫外线和耐腐蚀等性能。

使用说明

1、所用稀释剂不得含有水分、酸、碱、胺类等化合物，否则将影响漆膜的附着力、干性及其他性能。

2、本产品含有易燃易爆的有机溶剂，在加工过程中应注意加强现场通风，注意防火、防静电，严格断绝火源。操作人员应注意劳动保护。

3、可用酮类、酯类、甲苯、二甲苯、乙醇等稀释。

包装及贮运

本产品用200kg铁桶包装，贮存于阴凉干燥处，防止阳光直射，避免与酸、碱接触，按危险品贮运。贮存期3个月，超期检验合格仍可使用。

SH-968A Silicone Resin

Ⅰ. Features

This product is polymerized from multifunctional silicone monomers through a special process. It exhibits low odor, high hardness after curing, good insulation properties, and excellent resistance to abrasion, aging, radiation, water, and moisture. It is non-toxic, readily bonds with inorganic compounds and possesses high heat resistance. After high-temperature sintering, it forms a structure based on Si-O and Si-C bonds, resulting in high residue content and good adhesion. This product can be used for pressing rigid mica plates, fiberglass boards, or as refractory adhesives, high-temperature adhesives and high-temperature sealants. Additionally, it can serve as a protective coating for various metal products and decorative materials, enhancing their resistance to abrasion, aging, water, UV radiation, and corrosion.

Ⅲ. Instructions for Use

Thinners for this product should not contain compounds such as water, acids, alkalis, and amines. Otherwise, adhesion, dryness, and other properties of the paint film may be affected.
This product contains flammable and explosive organic solvents. Therefore, special attention should be paid to enhancing on-site ventilation, preventing fire and static electricity, and strictly eliminating ignition sources. Operators should take appropriate labor protection measures.
This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, ethanol, etc..

Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage

This product is packed in 200kg iron drums and stored in a cool and dry place with no exposure to direct sunlight. Avoid contact with acids and alkalis and transport as hazardous goods. The shelf life of this product is 3 months. Re-test the product according to the specifications after expiry. It may remain usable if it still meets the standard.
