SH-5205系列甲基MQ树脂
一、性能特点
MQ硅树脂是有机硅高分子聚硅氧烷化合物，具有双层结构的紧密球状物。具有良好的耐热性、成膜性、粘附性、拒水性，耐老化、抗紫外线辐照。MQ树脂可用于有机硅压敏胶、建筑密封胶、有机树脂涂料等作增粘剂，手机按键、环氧类粘接剂粘接等。

三、适用范围
1、用于有机硅压敏胶作为增粘剂；
2、制作耐高温涂料，用于H级电机的绝缘及接合、密封等；
3、在缩合型液体硅橡胶中作为补强添加剂，补强后的硅橡胶无色透明，机械强度高；
4、可制作防水涂料，如日化业制作唇膏等；
5、可用于脱模剂的原材料；
6、作为一种基础原料添加到消泡剂中，可提高消泡和抑泡能力。
四、包装与贮存
200kg内衬塑铁桶包装（P系列采用25kg纸板桶包装）。室温（0～35℃）下密封贮存（防止阳光直接照射），S系列贮存期半年，P及N系列贮存期一年。P和N型为非危险品，S型按危险品贮运。

Ⅰ. Product Description
This product is a polysiloxane compound with a double-layer structure of compact spheres. It has good heat resistance, film-forming capability, adhesion, water repellency, aging resistance, and UV radiation resistance. It can be used as tackifier for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives, construction sealants, organic resin coatings, as well as for the bonding of mobile phone buttons and epoxy adhesives.

Ⅲ. Applications
- Used as a tackifier for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive;
- Used for heat resistant coatings, as well as for insulation, bonding, and sealing of Class H motors;
- Used as a reinforcing additive in condensation-type liquid silicone rubber. The reinforced rubber is colorless, transparent, and has high mechanical strength;
- Used for waterproof coatings as in, for example, lipsticks in the daily chemical industry;
- Used as the raw material for release agents;
- Used as a base material in defomers to improve defoaming and foam suppression performance.
Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage
Packed in 200kg plastic-lined iron drums (P-series packed in 25kg fiber drums). Store at room temperature (0~35℃) in unopened packaging without exposure to direct sunlight. The shelf life is 6 months for S series, and a year for P and N series. P and N series are classified as non-hazardous, while the S series must be stored and transported as hazardous goods.
