SH-5031系列甲基MQ树脂
一、性能特点
MQ树脂是由M/Q硅氧烷单元构成的三维球型有机硅材料，核心致密，外围由有机基团封端。具有优良的耐高温性、高透光性、低介电常数、疏水性及良好相容性与反应活性，可作为粘接剂、补强剂和成膜材料，广泛应用于有机硅压敏胶增粘、硅橡胶补强、电子封装、光学及脱模、消泡等领域。

三、适用范围
1、可作为增粘剂，用于有机硅压敏胶。
2、应用于硅橡胶作为补强添加剂，以提高其机械强度，且对透明度影响小。
3、应用于化妆品中作为表面保护性涂膜，提高光泽度与耐擦伤性，同时能消除硅油的黏腻感，提升滑爽性。
4、用于脱模剂中提升脱模效率与耐久性。
5、用于消泡剂中提高耐温性、耐碱性和抑泡能力。
四、包装与贮存
200kg内衬塑铁桶包装（P系列采用25kg纸板桶包装）。室温（0～35℃）下密封贮存（防止阳光直接照射），S系列贮存期半年，P及N系列贮存期一年。P和N型为非危险品，S型按危险品贮运。

Ⅰ. Product Description
MQ resin is a three-dimensional spherical organosilicon material composed of M/Q siloxane units, featuring a dense core terminated by peripheral organic groups. It exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, high optical transparency, low dielectric constant, hydrophobicity, as well as good compatibility and reactivity. It can serve as a highly efficient adhesive, reinforcing agent, and film-forming material, it is widely used in fields such as tackification of silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives, reinforcement of silicone rubber, electronic packaging, optics, release agents, and defoamers.

Ⅲ. Applications
- Used as a tackifier for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive;
- Used as a reinforcing additive in silicone rubber to improve its mechanical strength with little impact on transparency;
- Used in cosmetics as a surface protective film to enhance gloss and scratch resistance, while eliminating the greasy feel of silicone oil and enhancing the slipperiness;
- Used in release agents to improve releasing efficiency and durability;
- Used in defomers to improve temperature resistance, alkali resistance, and foam suppression performance.
Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage
Packed in 200kg plastic-lined iron drums (P-series packed in 25kg fiber drums). Store at room temperature (0~35℃) in unopened packaging without exposure to direct sunlight. The shelf life is 6 months for S series, and a year for P and N series. P and N series are classified as non-hazardous, while the S series must be stored and transported as hazardous goods.
