This resin is formulated by blending pure silicone resin, silicone-modified epoxy resin, silicone-modified polyester resin, and toluene, etc. It is mainly used for manufacturing H and F class insulating varnish, resistance varnish, impregnating varnish, mica tape, etc. Depending on different heat resistance requirements, various colored heat-resistant varnishes ranging from 200 to 600 degrees Celsius can also be produced.

Ⅲ Instructions

1. The diluent used in this product must not contain water, acids, alkalis, amines or other compounds. Otherwise, it will affect the adhesion, drying time and other properties of the paint film.

2. This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as xylene. During the processing, it is necessary to enhance the ventilation at the site, pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static measures, and strictly cut off the ignition source. Operators should pay attention to personal protection.

3. This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.

Ⅳ Packaging,Storage&Delivery

This product is packed in 200 kg iron drums. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight and kept away from acids and alkalis. It should be transported and stored as a dangerous good. The storage period of this product is 6 months. If the product passes the inspection after expiration, it can be used.
