- 性能及用途
本产品是一种非离子型、环氧改性有机硅树脂乳液，广泛应用于耐热性工业涂料。具有优良的耐高温性和耐盐雾性，其清漆耐温可达300℃，色漆可达500℃，与有机树脂具有较好的相容性；可配合水性固化剂实现较好的室温自干，且能水稀释，符合环保法规要求。

- 推荐应用
广泛的工业耐热漆应用，适用于耐盐雾性能有要求的行业，如船舶蒸汽管道等。
- 包装及贮运
一般为200kg、50kg塑料桶包装；在5~-36℃、阴凉干燥环境下密封贮存，本产品。贮存期6个月，超期检验合格仍可使用。
- 施工参考
建议制备水性无树脂色浆，再配合树脂乳液一起使用；复配有机树脂(如水性聚酰胺固化剂)一起使用时，有必要对两者的相容性进行筛选，同时适用在清漆应用中；树脂乳液具有较好的室温自干性，能赋予工件初期的保护性和可搬运性能；但是如果想要获得更加优良的耐热性能和物理机械性能，建议200-280℃ 15-60min条件下完全固化，优选250℃ 30min 或者 280℃ 15min。

Ⅰ. Features
This product is a non-ionic, epoxy-modified silicone resin emulsion, widely used in heat-resistant industrial coatings. It offers excellent resistance to high-temperature and salt spray. The varnishes can withstand temperatures up to 300℃ while paints 500℃. It also exhibits good compatibility with organic resins and provides good room-temperature self-drying when used with water-based curing agent. Moreover, it is infinitely dilutable with water and complies with environmental regulations.

Ⅲ. Applications
It is widely used for industrial heat-resistance coatings, especially in industries where salt spray resistance is required, such as marine steam pipe.
Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage
Standard packaging is 200kg or 50kg plastic drum. The shelf life of this product is 6 months when stored in a cool and dry environment at 5℃~36℃ in unopened packaging. Re-test the product according to the specifications after expiry. It may remain usable if it still meets the requirements.
Ⅴ. How to Use
It is suggested to prepare a waterborne resin-free color paste, and then use it together with this resin emulsion. When used in combination with organic resins (such as waterborne polyamide curing agent), compatibility screening of the two components needs to be performed, especially in varnish applications. This product has good room-temperature self-drying properties, providing the workpiece with initial protection and handling ability. However, to achieve superior heat resistance and physical-mechanical properties, it is recommended to fully cure at 200℃~280℃ for 15~60 minutes, preferably at 250℃ for 30 minutes or 280℃ 15 minutes.
