- 性能及用途
本产品是由苯基、甲基单体及特种硅烷单体等经特殊工艺制备而成，可与醇酸、丙烯酸、聚酯、环氧等有机树脂配合，配制各种不同用途的涂料。用本产品调配的各色有机硅漆，漆膜丰满、光泽好、硬度高、耐热性能优良，常温自干或烘烤固化，适用于不能烘烤的大型设备、工件的涂装使用。

- 使用说明
1、所用稀释剂不得含有水分、酸、碱、胺类等化合物，否则将影响漆膜的附着力、干性及其他性能。
2、本产品含有甲苯等易燃易爆的溶剂，在加工过程中应注意加强现场通风，注意防火、防静电，严格杜绝火源。操作人员应注意劳动保护。
3、可用酮类、酯类、甲苯、二甲苯等稀释。
- 包装及贮运
本产品用200kg铁桶包装，贮存于阴凉干燥处，防止阳光直射，避免与酸、碱接触，按危险品贮运。贮存期6个月，超期检验合格仍可使用。

Ⅰ Properties & Uses
This product is prepared through a special process using benzyl, methyl monomers and special silane monomers. It can be combined with alkyd, acrylic, polyester, epoxy and other organic resins to formulate various types of coatings for different purposes. The various colored organosilicon paints prepared with this resin have a thick and smooth paint film, good gloss, high hardness, excellent heat resistance, and can dry at room temperature or be cured by baking. It is particularly suitable for coating large equipment and workpieces that cannot be baked.

Ⅲ Instructions
1. The diluent used in this product must not contain water, acids, alkalis, amines or other compounds. Otherwise, it will affect the adhesion, drying time and other properties of the paint film.
2. This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as xylene. During the processing, it is necessary to enhance the ventilation at the site, pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static measures, and strictly cut off the ignition source. Operators should pay attention to personal protection.
3. This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.
Ⅳ Packaging,Storage&Delivery
This product is packed in 200 kg iron drums. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight and kept away from acids and alkalis. It should be transported and stored as a dangerous good. The storage period of this product is 6 months. If the product passes the inspection after expiration, it can be used.
