This product is a low molecular weight and solvent-free silicone resin. It can cure at room temperature and exhibits properties such as high reactivity, high hardness, no after-tack at high temperature, low gloss loss, and low smoke emission upon heating. It can be used for heat-resistant coatings with high solid content, such as in automotive, motorcycle, and aircraft parts (e.g. exhaust systems, mufflers, and engine components.), household appliances (e.g. ovens, stoves, and grills.). It is also widely used in hardening coating materials for automotive protection.

Ⅲ. Instructions for Use

Thinners for this product should not contain compounds such as water, acids, alkalis, and amines. Otherwise, adhesion, dryness, and other properties of the paint film may be affected.
This product may generate small amounts of flammable and explosive solvents such as methanol during use. Therefore, special attention should be paid to enhancing on-site ventilation, preventing fire and static electricity, and strictly eliminating ignition sources. Operators should take appropriate labor protection measures.
This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc..

Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage

This product is packed in 200kg plastic drums and stored in a cool and dry place with no exposure to direct sunlight. Avoid contact with acids and alkalis and transport as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of this product is 6 months. Re-test the product according to the specifications after expiry. It may remain usable if it still meets the standard.
