- 性能及用途
本产品具有良好的耐热性、耐候性、相容性、保色保光性及反应活性，可以与丙烯酸、聚酯、环氧等有机树脂配合使用，改善耐热性、耐候性、抗粉化、抗开裂性能；本产品室温下为固体，还可以直接或者复配到耐热、耐候性粉末涂料中使用。

推荐应用
1、广泛应用于粉末涂料行业，提高涂层的耐热性和耐候性能，并且对涂层重涂性影响较其它固体硅树脂小；
2、广泛应用于耐热工业涂料，一般可以通过复配的方式直接添加，添加比例对于耐温性的影响为关键，一般建议引入量≥15%(以有效固含计算)；如能通过聚合接枝的方式引入，则能进一步提供更加均衡的性能；
3、广泛应用耐候性聚硅氧烷涂料，通过与有机树脂的搭配，赋予涂层耐候性和耐盐雾性能的兼具，符合《HG/T 4755-2014 聚硅氧烷涂料》标准；
- 包装及贮运
一般为40kg纸桶包装，为防止结块，在30℃以下阴凉干燥环境下密封贮存。贮存期12个月，超期检验合格仍可使用。
- 施工参考
复配使用本产品时，可以直接加入或先以溶剂溶解后再加入到有机树脂中以配制涂料；接枝改性使用时，应以玻璃片测试方法测试其反应进程，以确保接枝充分；用作粉末涂料时则可以按照一般粉末涂料操作流程进行。

Ⅰ. Features
This product exhibits good heat resistance, weatherability, compatibility, color and gloss retention, and reactivity. It can be combined with organic resins such as acrylic, polyester, and epoxy to enhance their heat resistance and weatherability, especially their resistance to chalking and cracking. This product is a solid at room temperature. It can be used directly or together with heat-resistant and weather-resistant powder coatings.

Ⅲ. Applications
- Widely used in the powder coating industry, enhancing heat resistance and weatherability of the coatings, while having less impact on recoatability than other solid silicone resins.
- Widely used in heat-resistant industrial coatings. Generally, it can be added directly by blending. The addition level is highly critical to the heat resistance performance and therefore, a minimum introduction level recommended is ≥15% (based on solid content). If this product is introduced via polymerization grafting, a more balanced performance can be achieved.
- Widely used in weatherable polysiloxane coatings. In combination with organic resins, it provides the coatings with both weatherability and salt spray resistance, complying with HG/T 4755-2014 <Polysiloxane Coatings>.
Ⅳ. Packaging and Storage
Standard packaging is 40kg cardboard drum. To prevent caking, store it in a cool and dry environment in unopened packaging below 30℃. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. Re-test the product according to the specifications after expiry. It may remain usable if it still meets the requirements.
Ⅴ. How to Use
When this product is used by blending, it can be added directly, or first dissolved in a solvent and then introduced into the organic resin for coating formulation. For graft modification, the reaction progress should be monitored using a glass plate test method to ensure sufficient grafting. When used in powder coatings, it can be processed according to standard powder coating operating procedures.
