四、如何使用

Y-233适合研磨体系，若用于清漆中或者下半段工艺中，需要高剪切或预稀释使用。在高粘度配方体系和上半段工艺中有较强消泡性。

本产品是由聚醚改性有机硅共聚物、纳米二氧化硅组成，经过长期放置，会有少量二氧化硅沉淀，混合均匀不影响产品使用。产品放置时间过久或低温下粘度有上升的趋势，属于正常现象，建议操作前先搅拌均匀，以利于使用。

五、包装与储存

本品采用25L塑桶或200L塑桶包装，或者根据客户要求定制。请在5~35℃条件下贮存，避免直接加热。如着火燃烧，按一般石油产品方法灭火。

在5~35℃温度时，未开封包装的条件下，自生产之日起，保质期为6个月。

Ⅲ. Applications

Relief/ intaglio printing, brushing, roll coating, airless spraying, and air spraying;
Flexographic printing, wood coatings, furniture coatings, and leather coatings based on polyurethane and acrylic emulsion systems.

Ⅳ. How to Use

Y-233 is suitable for grinding systems. When used in varnishes or in downstream processes, high shear or pre-dilution is required. It exhibits strong defoaming performance in high-viscosity formulations and upstream processes.

This product is composed of polyether-modified silicone copolymer and nanosilica. After prolonged storage, a small amount of silica sedimentation may occur. A homogeneous mix will not affect product performance. It is a normal phenomenon that viscosity increases after extended storage or under low-temperature conditions. It is recommended to stir thoroughly before use to ensure proper application.

Ⅴ. Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in 25L or 200L plastic drums, or in a customized size as per customer request. Please store at 5℃~35℃ and avoid direct heating. If it catches fire and burns, put out the fire according to the general petroleum products method.

The shelf life is 6 months from the date of production at 5℃~35℃ in unopened packaging.
